Central Coast Pipe Relining
Central Coast Pipe Relining
If the pipe work in your plumbing system is cracked or broken, you no longer need the massive inconvenience of digging up parts of your property to repair them.
Thanks to leading technology, we can now rehabilitate your sewer and stormwater pipework easily with no need to excavate, or damage buildings or surrounding trees. Meaning you can enjoy a fast, cost-effective and durable solution without the hassle.
One of our plumbers can come to your location to determine the most efficient way to reline your pipes quickly and economically.
What is pipe relining?
It’s also important to note the proximity of trees to your pipework, as they have an exclusion zone around them which means you cannot dig there.
Why get your pipes relined?
If you’re sick and tired of getting your pipework cleared every 12 months.
Pipe relining is permanent, so once it’s been installed you don’t have to worry about it again, meaning you can take back a chunk of your time and money every year.
If you have a blocked drain and you don’t want to, or it’s not possible to, dig a trench to gain access.
Digging up areas of your property is of course disruptive, and can have a lot of other costs involved to restore the area back to its original state (replace tiles, paint etc). It’s also important to note the proximity of trees to your pipework, as they have an exclusion zone around them which means you cannot dig there.
The benefits of pipe relining
The process takes up to 4 hours to complete and the effect is instant, so you can have your pipework back to full working order in just half a day
You will save money (and headaches) by not having to dig up areas of your property and restore it after, and since it is a permanent solution you will also save on ongoing maintenance, as you won’t have to pay to clear blockages every year.
BRAWOLINER® is an incredibly durable product, and comes with a 25 year warranty, when installed correctly. All our staff have been fully trained in pipe relining, so you can be confident that your installation will be to the highest standard.
How does pipe relining work?
- Firstly we clean the pipework with our high pressure cleaner, so we can ensure it is clear of debris and any accumulated build up.
- Next we send down our cameras to find and assess the damage, so we can determine the best course of action – to dig it up or reline.
- If relining is the way forward, we send down a tool to rough up the inside (a little like sandpaper) which ensures the material will bind to the pipe.
- The BRAWOLINER® is inserted into the defective pipe and put in place using an air compressor. This essentially presses the BRAWOLINER® material to the pipe so it forms a new, stronger pipe when it’s cured.
- The whole process takes up to 4 hours and the pipework can be used straight away.
